1. General Provisions

These terms govern the use of the website sais.ge (hereinafter — "Site") operated by Smart AI System LLC (hereinafter — "SAIS"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

SAIS provides technology services including: web platform development, AI integration, municipal system development, mobile applications and technology consulting. Specific service terms are determined by individual contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Site — text, graphics, logos, design, code — are the intellectual property of SAIS and are protected by Georgian law. Copying, distributing or modifying materials without written consent from SAIS is prohibited.

4. User Obligations

Users are obligated to: use the Site for lawful purposes; not perform actions that interfere with the Site's normal operation; not distribute malware; provide accurate information when filling out contact forms.

5. Limitation of Liability

SAIS is not responsible for: temporary Site unavailability due to technical reasons; damages caused by improper use of the Site by users; third-party websites linked from the Site.

6. Payment Terms

Service fees, payment schedule and conditions are determined by individual contracts. Standard scheme: 30% upfront, 40% during development, 30% on project delivery. Payments are made via bank transfer.

7. Termination

SAIS reserves the right to restrict or terminate user access to the Site if the user violates these terms. Service termination conditions under contract are specified in the respective agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Georgian law. In case of dispute, the parties will first attempt amicable resolution; failing that, the dispute will be resolved in Georgian courts.
